Court Access

Court access is an important way to ensure justice not only for low-income older adults, but for all. A part of NSCLC, the Federal Rights Project works to preserve the ability of the courts and Congress to protect the health, security and civil rights of individuals under Federal law.

Project staff are working on issues of special importance to protecting the rights of low-income older adults including preservation of the health reform law and litigation involving the rights of individuals to fight for their rights in federal court.
