CMS Releases Guidance on Managed Long-Term Services and Supports
The guidance sets forth 10 elements that CMS believes should be incorporated into managed LTSS (MLTSS) programs, along with significant detail regarding each of those elements. NSCLC prepared a summary of provisions that may be of most interest and use to advocates working with states to design MLTSS programs.
