Cal MediConnect January 2015 Enrollment Fact Sheet

(10/20/2014) Over 100,000 dual eligibles are slated for passive enrollment into Cal MediConnect plans in January 2015 in five of the eight Coordinated Care Initiative counties. Beneficiaries with January birthdays as well as several populations that were held for enrollment until January 2015, are affected.
