Joint Letter Supports Consumer Protections in Medicare Advantage and Part D Plans

NSCLC signed on to a letter with  the Alliance for Retired Americans, AFSCME, California Health Advocates, Center for Medicare Advocacy, Inc., Medicare Rights Center, and National Committee to Preserve Social Security and Medicare, in support of a proposed rule that would contain significant consumer protections and plan oversight governing Medicare Advantage and Part D plans.
