The Federal Rights Project listserv, including a subscription to the password protected content on the website, is available free of charge to nonprofit public interest advocates.
The listserv provides recent case developments, strategy articles, and a forum for discussion of issues affecting access to federal court to enforce rights under federal law, including rights under civil rights and public benefits statutes. Our hope is to provide a forum for information and discussion to strengthen public interest litigants’ access to federal court. We particularly emphasize federalism and access to justice developments.
