Over 120,000 dual eligibles are slated for passive enrollment into Cal MediConnect plans in January 2015 in five of the eight Coordinated Care Initiative counties. Beneficiaries with January birthdays as well as several populations that were held for enrollment until January 2015, are affected.
This webinar described the unique issues the January 2015 populations will face during enrollment and provides guidance to advocates to help beneficiaries through the January transition.
