FREE WEBINAR – DEC. 17, 2013
In the second half of the year, New York, Virginia and South Carolina received approval from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services for their state’s dual eligible demonstration.
The Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for these three states builds on MOUS from previous state demonstrations and includes features of interest to advocates in states currently working on their MOU and three-way contracts.
This webinar will dig deeper into specific features of the state programs, including the appeals process, care continuity, plan evaluations and ombudsman programs.
Advocates from these and other states can learn more about the MOUs and how demonstration programs are being designed.
